Completed in 2016, the existing Holiday Inn Express was completely demolished and a new hotel meeting the current IHG guidelines was constructed. The new hotel is four story with ninety guestrooms.

This project was designed and constructed under the supervision of Rick Walker, AIA, CCS serving as Project Architect and Daniel Kirkley serving as Project Manager as owners of Althouse, Martin and Associates.

Johnstown, Pennsylvania

The project scope included exterior and interior lobby renovations.

Bensalem, Pennsylvania
