Completed in 2016, an existing door manufacturing facility was renovated for the purpose of packaging fresh apples. Along with creating a space for the packaging line, two refrigerated warehouses were also constructed inside of the existing facility.

Completed in 2015, a two story office building was designed alongside the new distribution center. This regional office for a national distributor included a monumental stair case with glass walls and commercial grade sampling kitchen.
